The morning after the snow storm, we left to travel back home. The ranch looked much different now from when we first arrived.
However, the snow had stopped snowing, the visibility was clear, and the scenery was wonderful! (My husband Brian is driving in front of us.)
There is nostalgic beauty in the times gone past.
A tree had fallen across the road, but someone had already cut a way through, so we were able to proceed ahead.
The Lord personally went ahead of us all the way and made our path back home safe, despite the heavy snowfall the night before.
"Do not be afraid or discouraged,
for the Lord will personally go ahead of you.
He will be with you;
He will neither fail you
nor abandon you."
Deuteronomy 31:8 (NLT)
