On Her Tongue Is The Law Of Kindness

Monday, July 13th of last week, my sister-in-law took her last breath. A year ago, she was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour. Today is her memorial service. Here is a picture of her a few years ago with my second oldest brother, the man who was so honoured to have her as his faithful wife.

My sister-in-law was like a beautiful rose that fragranced the earth with its sweet aroma of kindness and graciousness. Even though her life on earth has ended, the memory of her will always remain with all those hearts she so lovingly touched, including mine.

This Bible verse describes my sister-in-law as she was: a devoted wife, a loving mother of two adopted children, and a wonderful friend to many.

"She opens her mouth with wisdom;

and on her tongue is the law of kindness"
