They are surprisingly ugly.
They are also surprisingly unintelligent. They stop traffic and won't budge even when cars honk their horns.
I was the only person on the road who was excited to see them and was glad for the opportunity to take pictures.
Although these birds are unbecoming and brainless, they were created by God. They are good. (What would Thanksgiving or Christmas be like without them?) It is a good thing we didn't reject them, but received them with thanksgiving like we should everything God has created.
"For everything God created is good,
and nothing is to be rejected
if it is received with thanksgiving."
