A Wonderful Secret

As God's children, we have a wonderful secret that we seldom share any more---the Second Coming of Jesus Christ! In only a moment, in a blink of an eye when the last trumpet sounds, those who have died in Christ will be raised to live forever. And we who are living will also be transformed into glorious bodies that will never die, just like the one Jesus had after His resurrection from the dead.

"But let me reveal to you a wonderful secret.

We will not all die,

but we will all be transformed!

It will happen in a moment,

in the blink of an eye,

when the last trumpet is blown.

For when the trumpet sounds,

those who have died

will be raised to live forever.

And we who are living 

will also be transformed.

For our dying bodies must be transformed

into bodies that will never die;

our mortal bodies must be 

transformed into immortal bodies."

1 Corinthians 15:51-53 (NLT)

I believe if we talk and think about Christ's second coming more, we would view and live our lives so much differently. We have a wonderful secret that needs to be cherished, but not kept to ourselves!
