God's Word Is Like The Rain And The Snow

The Word of God is like the rain and the snow that come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. The Word of God causes growth, generates renewal, and provides nourishment! Whenever people honour it, it produces fruit and fulfils God's promises, and therefore prospers!

"The rain and snow come down

from the heavens and stay on the ground

to water the earth.

They cause the grain to grow,

producing seed for the farmer

and bread for the hungry.

It is the same with My Word.

I send it out,

and it always produces fruit.

It will accomplish all I want it to,

and it will prosper everywhere I send it."

Isaiah 55:10-11 (NLT)

May the world, the governments, the schools, and the churches of today get back to the power and might of God's words in His Holy Scriptures so that God's work can flourish and abound, and we can be vitalized and nurtured by God's wisdom and love! Only then will His perfect will be accomplished in our lives.

The grass may wither and the flowers may fall, but God's Word stands forever! It never needs to be rewritten or revised.

"The grass withers

and the flowers fall,

but the Word of our God

stands forever."

Isaiah 40:8 (NIV)

Nor does any of God's commands need to be changed. We are never to add to it or subtract from it.

"Do not add to what I command you

and do not subtract from it,

but keep the commands of the Lord your God

that I give you."

Deuteronomy 4:2 (NIV)

God's Word stands true yesterday, today, and forever!
