Porkilocks Puppet Show

Last night at Faith Divers, my sons and I taught the children about God's forgiveness using puppets. I modified the well-known fairy tale, Goldilocks And The Three Bears, to deliver this important message. For many years I have written dramas and puppet shows, re-writing common fairy tales or popular children's movies that the children were already familiar with to deliver fundamental Bible truths.

I gave each child a copy of the postcard below, so that they would remember the valuable lesson of forgiveness, and the freedom it brings.

"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving

each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

For those who are guessing, Tim was the frog and the pig, Matthew was the crab and Papa Bear, and I was Mama Bear and Baby Bear. Chris was our camera man, and also in charge of scenery changes.
