If you are afraid of rejection from family members or friends for being a Christian, trust God and live for Him. If you are afraid you won't get that high paying job or promotion because of your Christian beliefs, trust God and profess your faith in Christ. If you are afraid people will mock and criticize you for standing up for righteousness, trust God and speak out. If the whole world around you is rejecting Christ and His ways, trust God. You are not alone; He is with you.
The Bible says that God will give us strength when we put our faith in Him. We will be like an eagle, soaring high and free above the world. We will be like an athlete in top physical condition, running without growing weary, walking without growing faint.
"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
they will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint."
Isaiah 40:31 (NIV)
Trust God — no matter what people do — and you will soar high, run with energy, and walk in strength.
