You Did It Unto Me

While we were in Prince Edward Island, Brian and I loved going for drives every day to view the lush agricultural land and the peaceful scenery of the beautiful province.

The land wasn't flat like the prairies. It had gentle rolling hills that better displayed the beauty of the farm lands.

PEI's main crop is potatoes. Their own brand of potato chips were delicious and in no way can the ones we buy in stores here compare. They also sold chocolate covered potato chips. What a treat they were!

This is a hay field. I took this picture because of the contrasting colours of the bright blue sky, dark emerald evergreen trees, golden coloured hay and the lime green grass. Everywhere I looked, the scenery was spectacular! Such amazing beauty in a small province!

"Land that drinks in the rain often falling on it
and that produces a crop useful to those for whom it is farmed
receives the blessing of God."
Hebrews 6:7

Crops that the land produces are indeed a blessing from God! As Thanksgiving approaches, may we be truly thankful for all that God has blessed us with.

This Thanksgiving, let us share with others what God has given  to us. Show God that we are truly thankful by thinking of others who may be in need physically, financially, spiritually, or emotionally. Then ask God what you can do for them.

"I tell you the truth,
whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine,
you did for me."
Matthew 25:40
