But As For Me And My Family

"But if you refuse to serve the Lord,
then choose today whom you will serve.
Would you prefer the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates?
Or will it be the gods of the Amorites in whose land you now live?
But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord."
Joshua 14:15 (NLT)

Here are a few pictures of us enjoying serving God. My husband, Brian, was able to come and take the pictures.

This is me in my Medieval dress:

This is Tim as a squire:

This is Chris as Robin Hood. (He was the children's and adult's favourite character in costume.)

This is Daniel with his guitar. (He had a costume, but wasn't able to play electric guitar with it on, so he had to take it off.)

Robin Hood is happy. He has been reunited with his bow. Matthew is a tough opponent, but even with his shield on, he is still no match for Robin Hood.

This is all of us together on stage:

Here are the precious children who were astonishing in their eagerness to worship God in singing and to praise God in doing sign language to the key words of each song.

Last night's experience was indeed a treasured blessing from God! We can't wait to be at church again this morning to continue to lead the children in worship.
