The Pleasing Aroma Of Christ

A momma Musk Ox and her baby feed contentedly on hay provided for them by the Calgary Zoo:

Musk Oxen are herbivorous animals. They live primarily in Greenland and the Canadian Arctic. They were named Musk Oxen because the males produce a strong musky odour to attract females during the mating season.

Do you know that as God's children, we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing? It is this pleasing aroma of Christ in us that attracts the unsaved to God.

"For we are to God
the pleasing aroma of Christ
among those
who are being saved
and those who are perishing."
2 Corinthians 2:15 (NIV)

If we are not attracting people to Christ, then the pleasing aroma is simply not in us.
