All Nature Sings

When I go for walks now, the ponds are ice-free, so I hear a beautiful chorus of mating calls from the male Spring Peepers. The one above I took a picture of with a little boy in the neighbourhood holding it. The boy and his sister have fun catching and releasing them.

All of God"s creation shout and sing for joy!

"The meadows are clothed with flocks of sheep,
and the valleys are carpeted with grain.
They all shout and sing for joy!"
Psalm 65:13 (NLT)

They are jubilant!

"Let the fields be jubilant,
and everything in them;
let all the trees of the forest
sing for joy."
Psalm 96:12 (NIV)

And clap their hands in glee!

"Let the rivers clap their hands in glee!
Let the hills sing out their songs of joy."
Psalm 98:12 (NLT)
