Tonight is the first night of New Hope Kids, a Christian Boys and Girls Club at my church. It is a new ministry in the neighbourhood. As of yesterday, I had zero registered. I now have one. But flyers have been delivered to the doors, posted in the mall and nearby school, taped to the church's sign, and handed out Saturday at a nearby park from 9:00 in the morning to 4:00 at night. Am I anxious? Surprisingly, not. I have peace. I know God is at work speaking to the hearts of families, drawing them near to His Word and His Church. I excitedly now wait for His results. My hope is in God!
