Be Slow To Talk, Type Or Text

"The one who has knowledge
uses words with restraint,
and whoever has understanding
is even-tempered."
Proverbs 17:27 (NIV)

We need to all be very careful the words we speak and the words we type or text. Words spoken or written in anger only stirs up conflict.

"A hot-tempered person
stirs up conflict,
but the one who is patient
calms a quarrel."
Proverbs 15:18 (NIV)

But the one who is slow to speak, slow to write, or slow to become angry calms a quarrel.

"My dear brothers and sisters,
take note of this:
everyone should be quick to listen,
slow to speak
and slow to become angry."
James 1:19 (NIV)
