The Bible says that from the innermost being of believers in Christ flow rivers of living water.
"He who believes in Me,
as the Scripture said,
'From his innermost being
will flow rivers of living water.'"
John 7:38 (NASB)
The Holy Spirit in us is an constant flow of cleansing, comforting cool water. We are never alone because we are never without God. Therefore, we are never without life and we are never without power.
