Snowy Owl aren't completely white. The males, like this one, are mostly white with a few dark spots, but the females actually have dark scalloping. Snowy Owls all have bright yellow eyes, but unlike most owls, they usually hunt during the day rather than night.
As Tim continued to take pictures of this handsome bird, the owl raised his head as if in cockiness. I laughed, but then I couldn't help but think people can get that way too sometimes. The more attention we receive from others, the more pride can set in our hearts. And the more pride we have, the more unattractive we become.

But a person who is humble in spirit is the one who is truly beautiful!
